Support

Help with Japanese diaries, English writing, AI corrections, storage, and plans.

Currently under App Store review

This is a pre-release guide. A download link will be added after launch. Check the app for features and plan terms at release.

Your five-step learning loop

Write in Japanese, prepare what you want to express, write your own English, review AI corrections, and revisit today’s phrases. AI feedback may contain errors.

Resume your writing

Save unfinished work and reopen the diary from the home screen. You can also revisit saved diaries and phrase cards.

When AI is unavailable

Check your connection, Apple Intelligence availability, plan, and usage limits. Your existing text is retained when AI is unavailable. Cloud AI requires an internet connection.

Storage and iCloud

Diaries are stored on your device by default. You may enable iCloud Drive storage and sync in settings. Check that important entries are saved before removing the app or changing storage.

Trial and subscriptions

The planned trial provides one diary per day for four days from your first entry, without automatic charging. Pro has monthly and annual subscriptions; Max has a monthly subscription. Use the app’s plan screen to purchase, restore, or manage subscriptions. Saved diaries and phrases remain readable after a trial or subscription ends.

Reminders and app lock

Reminders are optional. Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode locking restricts opening the app; it does not protect diary files stored in iCloud.
